• All treatments at Enhanced By Ren are performed by qualified professionals. However, results may vary between individuals. The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

• A consultation is required prior to any treatment to assess your suitability. The final decision on the appropriate treatment will be made by the practitioner.

• At Enhanced By Ren, your safety and well-being are our top priorities. While all medical treatments come with certain risks and potential side effects, the practitioner will fully explain these to you before any procedure. It's important to take this information into account and make an informed decision before proceeding with treatment.

Appointment Policy

• Appointments must be booked in advance. We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

• A consultation fee and/or deposit may be required when booking your appointment. If you proceed with the treatment, this amount will be credited towards the cost of the treatment.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling, depending on availability.

Cancellation Policy

• We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee and/or loss of deposit. 

• No-shows will be charged a fee and/or lose their deposit.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of treatment. 

• Prices for treatments are subject to change without notice. Please confirm the cost of your treatment during your consultation.

• Gift cards are valid for 3 years.

Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds for treatments performed. However, if you experience any adverse reactions or are unhappy with the results, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Liability

• Enhanced By Ren takes all necessary precautions to ensure your safety during treatments. However, we cannot be held liable for any complications that arise due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

• You agree to indemnify, and hold Enhanced By Ren harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
